1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lescopr monitoring platform, including installing our SDKs and accessing our web dashboard or mobile application ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms') and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Lescopr provides a subscription-based monitoring platform designed to give real-time visibility into backend infrastructure. Users install our SDK on their projects, and the collected data (metrics, logs, performance, audits, reviews, etc.) is accessible via the Lescopr web dashboard and mobile application.

3. Account Registration and Security

Access to the Service requires registering for an account and maintaining an active subscription. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and License Grant

Subject to these Terms and timely payment of applicable subscription fees, Lescopr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install the SDK and access and use the Service features corresponding to your chosen subscription plan (e.g., Business, Extended) during your active subscription term.

The specific limitations (e.g., projects, team seats, features like audits/reviews) are detailed on our pricing page for each subscription plan. The license terminates if your subscription expires or is terminated.

5. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service or SDKs.
  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer rights to the Service, except as expressly permitted under specific plans (e.g., for SaaS integration under the Extended plan).
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product or service.

6. Subscription Fees and Payment

Access to the Service requires payment of recurring subscription fees (e.g., monthly or annually) based on your chosen plan (Business or Extended). Fees are specified on our pricing page and are billed in advance for each billing cycle.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period via your account settings. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy (applicable to initial purchase) or required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service (including web dashboard, mobile app, SDKs, APIs, audits, reviews), its software, code, design, brand, documentation, and all related intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of SONNALAB, registered with the Cergy Trade and Companies Register under number 920978210 in France and its licensors.

You retain ownership of the data you transmit to the Service ('Your Data'). You grant Lescopr a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display Your Data solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service during your active subscription.

8. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support; termination will be effective at the end of the current paid billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, except per our Refund Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or failure to pay subscription fees.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Lescopr does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lescopr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cergy.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes (e.g., via email or in-app notification). By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
