1. Ownership of Lescopr

The Lescopr platform, including its website, software (source code and object code), SDKs, APIs, Application Mobile, visual design, user interface, features, documentation, brand name, logos, and all related materials ('Lescopr Materials') are the exclusive intellectual property of SONNALAB, registered with the Cergy RCS (Trade and Companies Register) under number 920978210 in France and its licensors.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Lescopr Materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of the Service.

2. License Grant to Users

As detailed in our Terms of Service, Lescopr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service and Lescopr Materials solely for the purpose of monitoring your backend infrastructure, according to the terms of your chosen license plan.

This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Lescopr Materials, nor to reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except as laws permit or with our written permission.

3. User Content and Monitoring Data

You retain full ownership of the data, logs, metrics, code snippets, and any other information you transmit from your systems to the Lescopr Service ('Your Data').

By using the Service, you grant Lescopr a necessary, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, analyze, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Service for you. We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Data.

4. Open Source Components

Lescopr may incorporate certain open-source software components. Your use of these components is subject to the terms of their respective open-source licenses. We make efforts to comply with all applicable open-source license requirements. Some parts of Lescopr itself may be released under an open-source license, as specified in the relevant repositories.

5. Trademarks

The Lescopr name, logo, and any related product or service names or slogans are trademarks of SONNALAB registered with the Cergy RCS (Trade and Companies Register) under number 920978210 in France. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
